Over the past couple of months I have been keeping a bag full of empties under my dressing table. My mother has asked me why multiple times but hey, it was for the sake of this blogpost! These are the products I’ve used recently and I would like to tell you whether I would repurchase them or not!

LUSH moisturizers Celestial, LUSH Skindrink and Clinique Superdefence Moisturizer are the discoveries of a lifetime for me. I’ve got very dry skin and from the age of 15 onwards, I have tried and wasted so much money on moisturizers. They’re always very friendly in LUSH and they will be happy to advise you. I usually use Celestial in the morning and Skindrink at night. Clinique also do really good moisturizers. These are all pretty pricy but it is your skin we’re talking about and that’s worth investing in. I will use these products until I’m old and wrinkly.
If you couldn’t tell already, I’m a big fan of LUSH. I’ve used up is their Angels on Bare Skin Cleanser. I like to use this a couple of times a week to gently exfoliate my face. My foundation and concealer go on so much better after I use this product as it takes away all of your dead skincells.

When I visited NYC in October 2014 I -obviously- had to go to Sephora (multiple times). I also celebrated my birthday in The Big Apple and I remember asking for 2 hours in Sephora, uninterrupted, without my parents telling me to hurry up. I’m telling you, it was the best afternoon of the year ha! ‘The aisle of doom’, as I like to call it, is the aisle you walk through in order to get to checkout. They have all these mini versions of their products, perfect if you want to try something without immediately spending tons of money. I had heard a lot about the Josie Maran Argan Oil and I needed to try it out myself. I have cherished every single drop because this oil does wonders for dry skin. I would repurchase in a heartbeat, if only they would sell this in Holland.

The last skincare items I’ve used up I feel like I’ve mentioned a thousand times before already. The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter is the BEST at gently taking face makeup off and I like to use Garnier Miscellar Water to make sure my skin’s 100% makeup free.

To get more volume in my hair I use the Batiste Dry Shampoo for dark/brown hair. I have tried their other ones because they smell sooooo daaaamn good but you will still see a white mist in your roots if you have darker hair, that’s why I always go for this version (smells pretty damn good as well!)

I would (and I already have) repurchased all of the products mentioned above. I know what works for my skin. Back in the day I used to buy whatever looked good to me but now I know better than to waste my money.

Have you tried any of these products? I would love to hear your opinions on them!
